About Cill Dara Housing Association
Our Vision is to provide high-quality homes and services for people in housing need. We are proud to contribute to the development of safe, sustainable communities—places where people feel secure, supported, and proud to live.
Our work is made possible through the support of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage. We collaborate closely with local communities, Kildare County Council, and other key partners to ensure access to affordable, quality housing and to foster thriving, inclusive neighborhoods.
As an independent voluntary housing association, we operate as a legally incorporated Company Limited by Guarantee (CLG). We are regulated by the Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority (AHBRA) and the Charities Regulator, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of oversight and accountability.
We are committed to excellence in governance, transparency, and service delivery. We fully comply with the Charities Governance Code and the AHBRA Standards for AHBs, demonstrating our dedication to ethical and responsible management.

Our Tenant Focus Group plays an important role by working collaboratively with us and bringing tenant experience to policy and service delivery reviews as well as improving our services through open and honest feedback.
