Property Development Manager

About The Role

Cill Dara Housing Association CLG is recruiting a Property Development Manager to lead the delivery of its Growth Strategy 2026-2030 by securing and progressing a sustainable pipeline of new housing opportunities across County Kildare and surrounding counties.

This is a newly created role at a pivotal stage in the Association’s development. The successful candidate will identify and cultivate relationships with developers, landowners, local authorities and sector partners, assess opportunities across a range of delivery models – including CALF/P&A, Part V and turnkey acquisitions – and progress schemes from early feasibility through to funding approval and handover.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, and working closely with the Board’s Property and Development Committee, this role requires a commercially aware professional with strong negotiation skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across complex, multi-stage processes. A knowledge of Irish social housing funding mechanisms and the Approved Housing Body operating environment is highly desirable.
