Our Staff Team

Our Chief Executive – Phillip Morrison-Gale CIHCM – was appointed in March 2022 and leads the association supported by a staff team which includes housing, asset management, administration, and finance functions.

Cill Dara Housing Association is committed to providing a positive working environment and we invest in our people by providing training and development opportunities to ensure our staff hold the skills and knowledge needed to deliver our services to the high standards we aim for.

Our frontline employees are all members of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH).

The Chief Executive is supported by dedicated staff team who strive to deliver high quality services to our tenants and communities in line with our Core Values.
