Our Staff Team

Our Chief Executive – Phillip Morrison-Gale CIHCM – was appointed in March 2022 and leads the Association overseeing day-to-day operations supported by a staff team which includes housing, asset management, administration, and finance functions.

With over 15 years’ experience of working in the social housing sector in Ireland and the UK, Phillip is experienced in leading the development and delivery of high-quality, innovative services which put tenants at the heart and result in positive outcomes for local areas. A Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Housing (CIH) he has previously served on the board of the Chartered Institute of Housing (Scotland) as well as housing association’s and charitable organisations.
